VEVI takes its name from the village of Vevi, high in the highlands of Florina, in northern Greece.
We are a Greek curation and standardisation house. We do not claim to grow everything ourselves — instead, we work hand in hand with a network of certified Greek growers across Florina and Kozani, choosing the finest aromatic plants the Greek highlands produce.
Every batch is selected, controlled and packed with full traceability and uncompromising respect for quality.
The highlands of Florina and Kozani rise above 800 metres, with calcareous soils and a microclimate that concentrates aroma in every leaf.
Fragile botanicals are handled with particular care, so the finished product keeps the intensity and clarity of the living plant.

VEVI products sit on the shelves of major Greek retail chains, in delicatessens across Europe and Cyprus, and in Greek kitchens abroad. In 2025 we exhibited at ANUGA Cologne with the Greek Pavilion.
