The range
Why enveloped tea bags.
Every VEVI tea bag comes in its own sealed envelope. The envelope protects the aroma until the moment it is opened, keeps each bag clean, and makes the range easy to serve at hotel breakfasts, in cafés and in offices.
The Greek herbal infusions — mountain tea, chamomile, sage, lemon verbena and mint — sit alongside green tea, black tea and blends such as cinnamon & clove and forest fruits. The origin of each is stated on its carton.
Herbal infusions contain no caffeine; green and black tea naturally do.

In the cup
How to brew a tea bag properly.
One bag per cup, the right temperature and the right time — that is all it takes.
- Herbal infusions
Freshly boiled water, covered, 5–7 minutes: mountain tea, chamomile, sage, lemon verbena, mint and the other herbal blends.
- Green tea
Water at about 80 °C for 2–3 minutes — hotter water or a longer steep makes it bitter.
- Black tea
Freshly boiled water for 3–5 minutes; add milk or lemon to taste.
- Iced
Brew two bags per cup, then pour over a glass full of ice.
Where they fit
Made for the shelf and the breakfast buffet.

Tradition & wellbeing
A tea for every moment.
Mountain tea or lemon verbena in the morning, mint or sage after meals, chamomile in the evening for relaxation — that is how Greeks drink their herbal teas. Valerian is a traditional evening infusion.

Herbal teas are foods, not medicines. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, ask your doctor first — especially about valerian and Alexandrian leaves.
Storage & quality
Keep the cartons dry and away from odours.
Tea bags pick up smells and humidity easily. Store the cartons closed, in a cool, dry place, away from spices, coffee and cleaning products.
The envelope protects each bag until it is opened; always check the best-before date on the carton.
What a good tea bag looks like
- An intact envelope, sealed on all sides.
- A clean aroma the moment the envelope opens.
- A cup whose colour matches the herb — golden for chamomile and mountain tea, pale green for lemon verbena.
- Origin and ingredients clearly stated on the carton.
