Greek highland herbs Grown at 800 m in Kozani Wholesale & export worldwide

HomeOur Story

From Vevi village to your table.

VEVI takes its name from Vevi, a mountain village in northern Greece — a reminder of where this all starts: high fields, patient growers and herbs that take their time.

Who we are

Growers first, packers second.

VEVI Foods is a Greek family company working with a close network of certified organic growers in the Kozani highlands. We select the fields, follow each lot through harvest and drying, and pack everything ourselves under FSSC 22000.

Oregano, mountain tea, sage, thyme, chamomile — the classics of the Greek mountainside, treated with the patience they deserve. That patience is what the Great Taste judges in London tasted, twice.

The terroir

What 800 metres does to a leaf.

Altitude slows everything down. Cold nights and bright days push the plant to defend itself — and its defence is exactly what we're after: essential oils, concentrated in the leaf.
