1. Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if a payment has been successfully received.
- Bank transfer payments will be refunded to the same bank account used for the payment.
- Refunds will be processed after verification of the payment and the order.

- We currently do not accept product returns unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
